YLH Construction Company was the Construction Manager for WP Partners on the new Hotel Palomar Atlanta – Midtown. Standing 17 stories high as an artistic addition to the Atlanta skyline, the Hotel Palomar is a grand and proud addition to the YLH portfolio.

Hotel Palomar is the first venture in Atlanta by Kimpton Hotels, a nationally renowned and well respected hotelier from San Francisco, California. The Palomar was designed around the theme “Art in Motion.” In addition to the works by local artists displayed throughout the Hotel, the building’s little touches like marbled ceilings, a 204 gallon fish tank and Lobby fireplace make the structure a work of art.

The Hotel consists of 304 guestrooms, Grand Ballroom, meeting rooms and fitness center in addition to a 3 level parking deck. The ground level upscale Italian steakhouse Pacci, with its private alcoves and oak bar are also a part of the project. Just up the grand stair from Pacci is Alto Rex, an outdoor terrace level bar with a tile waterfall, fire pits, a screened porch and private cabanas. YLH is very proud to have served as Construction Manager on this wonderful addition to Atlanta’s hotel market and the Midtown Mile.
