Rob Williamson

Rob Williamson, President
Rob enjoyed a successful career with two of Atlanta’s top general contractors managing large projects in the office, hospitality, healthcare, government, and industrial markets. In 2004, he joined successful developer Kim King to form YLH. Rob is the President and Chief Operating Officer of the firm and oversees all aspects of Program Management and Project Management for all of YLH’s projects. His duties include managing design and preconstruction efforts, site development, ongoing construction, tenant build out, closeout, and building turnover. Rob brings 20 years of experience in the construction industry and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

Tom has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has managed more than $750 million in construction projects. Mr. Sarris leads the preconstruction and construction phases through project completion. He oversees value engineering, project management, bid packages, subcontracts, project cost, schedule, and has overall project responsibility.

His background includes supervision of large and logistically challenging projects, with some exceeding $300 million in value. Tom has an exceptional track record for completing projects on time and within budget. Tom supervises and coordinates all field level construction activities including coordination with the Owner, managing and coordinating trade contractors, maintaining quality control, adhering to the project schedule, and providing a safe working environment.
