• Houses classrooms, study lounges, Capstone lab and faculty and administrative offices
• Project makes use of Insulating Concrete Forms - an emerging green building technology
• American Concrete Institute – 1st Place Award for Excellence in Concrete Construction

Murdock Elementary School - HVAC Renovation
• Cobb County School System project included complete demolition and replacement of all HVAC equipment, ductwork and ceilings in 75,000 square foot.
• Project included installation of 52 new HVAC units
• All work started and completed during the Summer break

Cobb Public Safety Village Education Building
• 23,000 SF Design/Build project for Cobb County Government
• Includes theater, interactive fire house, multipurpose space, kitchen, automotive space, entry pavilion, administrative offices and classrooms
• Exterior facades mimic historic Cobb County and interior corridors mimic historic town streetscape
• DBIA Best Project Award for Public Sector under $15 million

Holcomb Bridge Middle School Addition and Renovation
• 12,287 SF addition of Math and English Classrooms for Fulton County Schools
• Complete demolition of 7,000 SF of classrooms and conversion to 5 Science labs started and completed during Summer break

Hightower Trail Middle School Music Wing
• 12,000 SF addition for Cobb County School System
• Addition includes practice facilities for Orchestra and Band, new classrooms and teacher offices
• Renovation of existing theater and gymnasium also included.

Appalachian Technical College – Health Services and Adult Literacy Wings
• Project for Technical College System of Georgia
• Included complete interior demolition and construction of classrooms, offices and medical labs.

Bethune Elementary School Addition
• 2 story, 14,900 SF addition housing 18 new classrooms for Fulton County Schools
• New Central Plant with HVAC & Electrical equipment serves the entire existing 107,000 SF school

KIPP South Fulton Academy
• Project under construction for KIPP Schools
• Complete renovation of 64,000 SF, 3 floor, 1950’s era school building in East Point
• Project also includes demolition and replacement of the building’s curtainwall system
