YLH Construction is a full service construction firm specializing in General Contracting, Design/Build and Construction Management. YLH works with each client on a case by case basis to determine the approach that best fulfills their needs. Regardless of the delivery method, YLH is well positioned in the design and trade communities to maximize a project’s quality, schedule and cost efficiency. Since our founding in 2004, YLH has completed many great projects in both the negotiated and bid arenas.

Vision
YLH directs a project through pre-planning, design and preconstruction through efforts such as site feasibility analysis, budgeting, constructability reviews, scheduling and an extensive value engineering process. YLH’s goal is to increase the value of the project while maintaining or decreasing cost.

Coordination
As the design matures, YLH determines what works, what doesn’t and how to make it all work better. YLH will keep the team informed of what, why how and when all the pieces will come together to create the Owner’s finished product.

Execution
YLH oversees all construction on site to make sure our planning efforts result in a first class project. YLH’s team approach and well run job site allows all contractors to work effectively and efficiently to deliver the facility. YLH continues to monitor quality, cost and schedule throughout the project.

Leadership
Robert. H Williamson joined forces with successful Atlanta developer D. Kim King in the Spring of 2004 to create YLH Construction Company. Mr. Williamson is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Program Management and Project Management for the company’s construction projects. His duties include managing design and preconstruction efforts, site development, ongoing construction, tenant build out, closeout and building turnover. Mr. Williamson brings over 16 years of experience in the construction industry. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Williamson worked as a Project Manager for Holder Construction Company and the Batson-Cook Company. Mr. Williamson graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction and is a LEED Accredited Professional.
